City of West Melbourne Utilities Division consists of Customer Service and utility billing. Our goal is to provide professional and courteous service to all customers by improving data and billing accuracy with newly installed electronic meters, offering our customers convenient payment options including Visa® and MasterCard® acceptance and an online bill payment option in early 2007
The Utilities Division employs five employees, the Utility Billing Supervisor, a Senior Customer Service Representative, and 3 Customer Service Representatives
