Exercise Programs
Lil' Sports - (ages 2.5 - 5)  Come learn the basics of
a new sport each month while improving overall
motor skills and hand/eye coordination.  Learn to
share and have FUN.  Parents are welcome to
stay and encourage good sportsmanship.

Certified Instructor provides instruction based on
age and skill level. This is a learn, practice and

Ninja Obstacle Training Summer Camp - (Ages 5 - 11)
Is there a Ninja Warrior in your household? 
Come compete in ninja obstacles & challenges
including balance obstacles, warped wall
and more.  Each week you will learn and
practice new ninja skills such as climbing,
swinging, grip strength, jumping and balance
through fun obstacle courses and innovative
challenges .. and of course.. the warped wall!

Art Programs
Cartooning for Kids - Grab a pencil and some paper
and get ready to draw some funny cartoons. This
class will also introduce children to basic art  using
color pencil with these different techniques: color
pressure, layering, colors, charcoal, mixing colors,
outline finish and blending.
