West Melbourne is committed to an active water looping and water line replacement program.

The following sewer system improvements are scheduled for construction in 2022-2023:

Sewer Treatment Plant Improvements (Spring 2023)
Meadowlane Avenue force main replacement (Spring 2022)
Hollywood Boulevard Reuse Main replacement (Winter 2022)
Lift station rehabilitations of the Phantom Fireworks lift stations (Spring 2022)

The following water system improvements are scheduled for construction in 2022-2023:

Installation of a new water main along the M-1 Canal from Dairy to Wickham (Spring 2022)
Installation of a new water main along Fell Road west of Minton (Spring 2022)
Replacement of water mains in the Melbourne Estates/Henry Avenue area (2023)
Construction of a new Water Treatment Plant (2024)
Construction of three new raw water wells (2024)
Water main crossing at 192 (2023)
Water main crossing Wickham Road (2023)
Dundee Circle and Manor Place Loop (summer 2022)

The following stormwater improvements are scheduled for construction in 2022-2023:

Melbourne Estates drainage improvements (2023)
Construction of new stormwater retention pond on underutilized Wastewater Treatment Plant property (Spring 2022)
