Bids and request for proposals will be posted here when available.  Most bids and proposals are also made available on Demandstar.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to check back periodically for addendums to the bid, which must be signed and returned with any bid package.

VETERANS MEMORIAL COMPLEX LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION PROJECT


The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for the Veterans Memorial Complex Landscaping and Irrigation Project. The project consists of installing landscaping and irrigation at the lift station at the Veterans Memorial Complex.


All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be for 30 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 25  days from NTP. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule.

Bidders are STRONGLY encouraged to conduct a site visit prior to submitting a bid proposal.

All bids will be stamped as to the date and time the bid was submitted. The date and time stamp shall be used to determine the timely basis of all bids.  This is an advertised solicitation and the offers will be publicly opened at City Council Chambers, Veterans Memorial Complex, 2285 Minton Road, West Melbourne, Florida 32904 on July 1, 2021 at 2:10 PM.

The supply, delivery, construction, equipment quantity, unit price and total cost amount of the referenced project shall be based on the design drawings and bid documents.

CLEMENT'S WOOD PARK RESTROOM RENOVATIONS PROJECT


The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for the Clement's Wood Park Restroom Renovations Project. The project consists of renovation and upgrades to the Clement's Wood Park Restrooms to include two accessible bathrooms, new sidewalk for an accessible route from the parking lot to the structure. 


All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package. The duration of the contract shall be for 120 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 90 days from NTP. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule.

FELL ROAD WATER MAIN EXTENSION PROJECT


The City of West Melbourne requests submittal of bid proposals for the Fell Road Water Main Extension Project. The project consists of the construction of a 10-inch water main along Fell Road. 

All bids shall be based on the bid documents, specifications and project drawings included within the bid package.   The duration of the contract shall be for 120 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Final Completion, with Substantial Completion within 90 days from NTP. Meeting and submittal dates shall be specified in the delivery schedule.
