At the City Council meeting of Tuesday, May 2, 2023, Council adopted Resolution No. 2023-06 to approve wage ranges effective May 14, 2023 for non-represented employee classifications. The new ranges were a result of a Compensation & Classification Study conducted by Evergreen Solutions. Council also adopted Resolution No. 2023-07 to approve wages ranges effective October 1, 2023. In addition, Council adopted Resolution No. 2023-05 to amend the 2022-2023 budget to provide for increases.
